Static Whisper is the first film in the CH.3 Horror Anthology.
After discovering an old tape recorder containing her late mother's music, a teenage girl begins hearing something buried beneath the recordings. As her grieving father slips deeper into obsession, the tapes open a doorway into a decaying world of obsolete technology, memory, and something feeding on their inability to let go.
To save him, Emily must confront what remains of her mother and accept that some voices are meant to stay in the past.
